My Content Creation Process

I love that God knew exactly what He was doing when I picked out my first journal at the solid age of 12 years old.

Sweet little Katherine was just trying to make sense of her feelings, process big life-changes, and communicate with God. Who would’ve thought that would lead to a calling and career in writing 13 years later?

I love throwing my heart onto paper daily, knowing that God reads every word— and then eventually, you all get to read them, too.

Everything I share is pulled from one of my 36 (& counting) journals. Sometimes I use one entry, other times I pull from 3 or 4 different ones. This is why I always say it’s a piece of my heart— because it is.

It’s deeply personal and authentic, and I’m so blessed to have a community like y’all who hold everything I write with care and respect. Because when you do that, you’re honoring vulnerable parts of my story and the different versions of myself that has thrown words onto paper daily for the last 13 years.

So thank you all for reading,
for believing in me,
and for valuing my work— which is ultimately my heart for God and for you.

I love you and hope you’re having such a restful weekend.

As always, this is a piece of my heart. Consider it yours 🦋.
